Reporting to the partner in charge of the Contract Resolution Group, the primary focus of the role is twofold:

  • Proactive management and supervision of a small number of junior case handlers.
  • Collaborative approach to supervision and development of the team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a small number of junior case handlers, ensuring that they have the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Contentious Probate work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and supervise a small number of junior case handlers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Contentious Probate work.
  • Collaborate with the partner in charge of the Contract Resolution Group to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • FCILEx qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Contentious Probate law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
