The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with significant frontline experience in Children's Services and substantial experience of quality assurance of practice related to adult services, including safeguarding practice. A degree or equivalent in social work and current Social Work England registration are essential qualifications for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Job Description:
  • Lead the implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework, drawing out all available learning from data, audit activity, internal case reviews, and other sources to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of policy & practice, directing the team across Adult Social Care to promote understanding and commitment to practice and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic framework for policy, service development, strategic safeguarding, and quality assurance, providing expertise and advice to elected members and senior managers.
