Job Responsibilities:
As a Process Improvement Analyst at Vermelo RPO, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing the smooth transition of change into live service. You will work collaboratively with operations teams to identify and resolve the root causes of service performance failures, and drive service improvements. Additionally, you will assist with the maintenance and development of the Configuration Management Database, and assist the Service Desk Manager and Service Delivery Manager with business communications in relation to service outages, planned changes, and project work.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills and Service Management process experience, including specialist experience in Change Management, Major Incident, IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, Service Reporting, and Problem Management. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to understand business drivers and service management impact across the IT technical estate and customer base.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000-£68,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive salary, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
