Workshop Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Administrator to join our client's team based in Doncaster. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing vehicle rectification tasks, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Time up all elements of technical and refurbishment work, ensuring maximum revenue through appropriate charging rates and authorization.
- Review and maintain accurate records of technical and refurbishment work, enabling efficient invoicing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, supporting business decisions on throughput and resource allocation.
- Maintain and update relevant data using Microsoft applications, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring seamless information flow within the organization.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role or related industry, preferably within automotive services.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
