Teaching Assistant Position in Lancashire

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Preston school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
- Assist with the development of a stimulating and safe learning environment.
- Lead reading intervention groups where appropriate.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or adults with SEN needs would be beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
