We're seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns via live chat, email, phone, and social media. You'll be an integral part of our Operations team, working closely with our financial crime team to identify trends and prevent fraud.
To succeed in this role, you'll need front-line or back-office banking experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathize with others. You'll also be proactive, owning problems and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and tools.
We offer a comprehensive package, including a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, based on experience.
