Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A highly important and dynamic role which requires close co-operation and interaction with the deployed communications staff of the British Armed Forces.
  • The role is responsible for acting as a local level 2 & 3 Resolvers, for the DII(Land Deployed) training site infrastructure, directly resolving technical issues wherever possible or relaying them to dedicated 4th line support teams.
  • Must have SC or be willing to undergo SC process.
  • Primarily Deployed support is delivered remotely by several resolver groups from within DXC, they provide support in the following areas: 3rd & 4th line Support to Deployed Military Operations and exercises, Desktop, Infrastructure & Application hosting Support, Server infrastructure support across all disciplines, Network & Security support.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
