Job Title: Therapeutic Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team at Living Interdependent Focused Env. As a Therapeutic Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing care, compassion, and commitment to working within our therapeutic model based on psychologically informed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to vulnerable young people, promoting their emotional recovery and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to build a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Engage in critical thinking and reflective practice to inform your approach and build ongoing growth.
  • Provide unconditional positive regard and see the future potential of young people, rather than their label.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans to address trauma, loss of well-being, and despair.
