About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a bridal or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
