Job Role:
As a skilled Workshop Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling bespoke Aluminium structures for a range of blue-chip clients in the access industry.

The Company:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a leading bespoke access equipment manufacturer to welcome a skilled Workshop Engineer or someone with previous engineering experience who is eager to learn all aspects of mechanical assembly.

The Package:

The Role:
Key responsibilities include TIG Welding, assembling, machining (cutting, drilling), and using hand tools to work to drawing specifications (metric, CAD design). You will also participate in training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The Requirements:
Previous experience in welding (MIG or TIG), general machining (cutting, drilling) would be advantageous. Ability to read technical drawings would be beneficial. Openness to learn and develop alongside a team, full UK driving license, and previous use of hand tools (drills, hammers, etc.) are essential.
