Life Sciences Recruitment Trainee

Meet Recruitment is a global, Life Sciences-focused recruitment company with offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Berlin, and San Diego. We partner with leading Medical Device companies, Pharma, Biotech, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to source top talent in the industry.

We are seeking a talented Life Sciences Recruitment Trainee to join our team at Meet Recruitment. As a Life Sciences Recruitment Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting experienced recruiters with daily tasks, learning the ropes, and developing your skills and knowledge in the sales and recruitment industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting experienced recruiters with daily tasks, such as source candidates, conduct market research, and develop expertise in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Learning the ropes and developing your skills and knowledge in the sales and recruitment industry.
  • Providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs.
  • Representing Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent in the industry.


As a Life Sciences Recruitment Trainee at Meet, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,000-£50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission with no draws or thresholds. You will also receive a generous PTO package, including a week off between Christmas and New Year's, plus a free day off for your birthday.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
