Bakery Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bakery Leader to join our team at GAIL's. As a key member of our bakery management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of production processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of bakers, coaches, and leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Lead and develop a team of bakers, coaches, and leaders, providing coaching and mentoring to improve performance and skills.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that we meet customer demand and exceed expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
