About the Role

As a Senior Electrician - Fault Finding and Repair, you will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance projects and resolving complex electrical issues. You will work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience. You will also receive overtime pay and a range of employee benefits, including an Employee Share Scheme, Healthcare Cash Plan, Life Assurance and Pension.

Job Description
  • Lead electrical maintenance projects and resolve complex electrical issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance procedures and protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A qualification in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in electrical maintenance, including leadership roles
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Location

The role is based in Evesham, which is easily accessible by car or public transport from surrounding towns and cities, including Worcester, Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon.
