We are seeking a reliable and experienced Passenger Assistant to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with Shropshire Council to provide safe and efficient transportation services for adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Supervise and escort adults with SEN to and from day services on transport, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all transport services, including passenger details and vehicle maintenance records.
• Liaise with the Specialist Travel Coordinator (Fleet Services) to ensure efficient and effective services, including staff training and risk assessments.
• Ensure all risk assessments and passenger information are up-to-date and accurate, including seating plans and equipment maintenance.
• Fitting seats, harnesses, clamping systems, and other equipment to vehicles as required, and replacing faulty or damaged equipment as necessary.

• 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

• The successful candidate must be available to work immediately or at short notice.
• The role requires an enhanced DBS check.
