**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled LXP Coordinator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LXP) and collaborating with subject matter experts and departments to develop their digital solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LXP).* Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to develop their digital solutions.* Provide training to L&D colleagues and stakeholders on LMS functionalities.* Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of digital learning services.* Assist in the creation and execution of digital learning initiatives and solutions that empower our people with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

**Requirements**
* Experienced with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise).* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the business.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), preferably THRIVE.

**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a wide range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
