This role will involve managing the IT and AV infrastructure in the Medical Sciences Teaching Centre, including the network, servers, and audio visual equipment. You will work closely with colleagues across the University to provide a first-rate customer-focussed service, ensuring that our staff and students have access to the technology they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the IT and AV infrastructure in the Medical Sciences Teaching Centre
  • Provide technical support and expertise to staff and students
  • Work closely with colleagues across the University to deliver a high-quality service
  • Develop and implement service improvements to enhance the user experience
