Join our esteemed client, a renowned high-end fit out contractor with over 40 years of experience, in their quest for excellence. As a Drywall Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-end residential and leisure projects, such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the works and day-to-day operations in compliance with the contract programme.
  • Develop weekly and detailed daily work schedules to progress all works consistent with the overall project schedules.
  • Monitor all aspects of the works to ensure the required levels of quality are secured throughout all phases of the works by application of stringent quality control measures.
  • Ensure all appointed supervisors and/or subcontractors are correctly informed of project requirements, taking into account:
    • Project schedule
    • Weekly work schedule
    • Daily detailed work schedule
    • Quality control
    • Material requisition
    • Logistics and material deliveries
    • Health and safety
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a site management role or a trades background and extensive supervisory experience.
  • Experience in new build or high-quality fit outs.
  • Working knowledge of joinery and finishing trades.
  • Dry Lining Experience.
  • CSCS/CSR Supervisor card.
  • First Aid Trained.
