As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for guiding a team of consultants in delivering strategic and technical farm consultancy and management advice to diverse farm businesses across the region.

Your focus will be on driving growth, fostering local client relationships, and striving to exceed divisional fee-earning targets. You will also provide guidance and leadership to team members, ensuring open and productive communication channels within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Food & Farming team in East Anglia, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Foster local client relationships and drive cross-selling activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the profile of the Cambridge and Norwich Food & Farming teams.
  • Responsible for the department's financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
