The Role of a Branch Support Specialist
- Works collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Contributes to maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
- Displays a can-do, will-do attitude and is able to work effectively within a small team.
- Assists with ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Is competent in multi-drop deliveries and has a strong understanding of logistics.
- Works closely with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
- Provides cover in the branch when required.
Our Ideal Branch Support Specialist
- Has a friendly, welcoming attitude and possesses the energy and passion required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Is versatile and able to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
- Must have a full valid driving license. A forklift truck license would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a driving role would be beneficial.
- Has good organisational skills and is IT literate.
- Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
