About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our growing finance team at Page Personnel. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Credit Control: Manage credit control processes, including sending reminders and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Accruals and Prepayments: Process and manage accruals and prepayments, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Expense Tracking: Assist in the tracking and reconciliation of expenses.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support to the finance team, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate administrative records.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, basic knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles, analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
