Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Didsbury. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service * Ensure all departments are adequately resourced within budget * Assist in the training and induction of new team members and support the development of existing team members * Support the Food and Beverage Manager in reviewing performance and monitoring progress * Actively promote new business and suggest initiatives to achieve objectives Customer Focus: * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers have a value for money experience * Be conversant with current promotions and products to ensure the best customer experience * Proactively offer and provide a friendly, accurate, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages Shareholder Responsibilities: * Be accountable for all handling of monies and electronic point of sale responsibilities * Have the required level of product knowledge of our Food & Beverage Offers * Ensure the replenishment of all stock is complete and that the customer always has access to all available products Additional Information: Experience is essential for this role, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
