About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Cook Supervisor at Gretton House, part of Consensus Support Services Limited.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve healthy, balanced meals that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our service users.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative menu plans that incorporate the likes and dislikes of our residents.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and maintains high food hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, conducting regular appraisals and providing training as needed.
