Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Allocation Coordinator to join our Logistics team at Randstad RIS. As an Allocation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make informed decisions to allocate orders from the correct region/site in line with our optimum shape strategy and manage any exceptions.
  • Collaborate with internal Customer Logistics teams, Production Planning & Deployment, to deliver on cost and service goals while driving continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance by portfolio to achieve KPIs through tracking, challenging trends, and taking action.
  • Maintain Allocation Master data to support right-first-time through the system.
  • Ensure that 'stock at risk' product is moved proactively in line with our dispatch strategy, and reactively to customer demand, so that it is sat in the correct sites to reduce risk.
  • Engage fully in the HR processes, and be shown to work within the guidelines, and or CCE policies around conduct, attendance, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a customer services and/or logistics environment is preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under high levels of pressure within a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Excel experience.
  • A working knowledge of SAP systems is preferred with experience of system transactions.
