The successful Registered General Nurse (RGN) candidate will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate of £32.50-£42.50, inclusive of holiday pay, providing a competitive compensation package that reflects their skills and experience.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Aberdare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care, support patients with dementia and other health conditions, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medication to patients according to their treatment plans">
  • Reviewing and planning care for patients to ensure their individual needs are met">
  • Implementing care and treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams">
  • Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid NMC Pin registration">
  • Previous experience as a Registered General Nurse in a similar setting">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
