About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Dundee. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various learning and/or physical disabilities to maintain their tenancies in their own flats and engage in activities that promote their well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, housework, medication, finances, and appointments
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities such as swimming, walking groups, day trips, city breaks, arts & crafts, animals, and football
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans

About You

We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, and compassionate, with good communication and organisational skills. You will be confident in your ability to work well in a team and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. A full clean driving license would be an advantage, but is not essential.
