Senior Building Physics Engineer

CV Library is seeking an experienced Senior Building Physics Engineer to join our team. As a leading job board for the built environment industry, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients and candidates.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Building Physics Engineer to take the lead on a range of exciting projects within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a Sustainability or Building Physics role within the built environment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide highly technical services to clients in relation to thermal comfort, overheating, LZC feasibility studies, and building regulation compliance.
  2. Work alongside the design team on various innovative and high-profile projects.
  3. Produce sustainability and energy reports for clients as well as managing key client accounts.
  4. Help mentor and train the more junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  1. Strong experience in a Sustainability or Building Physics role within the built environment industry.
  2. Educational background within a sustainability, energy, architectural, or engineering discipline.
  3. Proficiency with IES-VE software to carry out energy modelling and assessments.
  4. Successful history of leading and delivering on industry relevant projects.
