Get Golfing CIO is seeking a highly skilled Golf Operations Manager to join our team at Ansty Golf Club. As a Golf Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the golf facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tee Time Management: Manage tee-time reservations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Golf Shop Operations: Oversee golf shop inventory, equipment maintenance, and customer service, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Train and supervise golf staff, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Course Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain the golf course in excellent condition, overseeing irrigation, pest control, and course improvements.
  • Marketing and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote golf events, programs, and memberships, driving revenue growth and increasing customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in golf operations management, preferably in a similar role within the golf industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with members, guests, and staff.
  • Good knowledge of golf course maintenance and golf shop operations.
  • A passion for golf with a solid understanding of the game and industry.
  • Proficiency in golf management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
