We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI Research Scientist for 3D Reconstruction and Animation to join our team. As a key member of our Applied Science team, you will work closely with world-class researchers and scientists to tackle some of the most challenging problems in deep learning, including 3D reconstruction, monocular tracking, and animation.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to be on the cutting edge of the generative revolution. Our team is focused on productionalizing state-of-the-art research, delivering scalable, responsible, cinematic-quality solutions.

You will partner with Researchers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product and Engineering teams to conduct ML model training, benchmarking, testing, and deployment of multi-modal tracking, reconstruction, and animation models. Your expertise will include creating productionalized Python code using PyTorch frameworks, working with 3DMMs and statistical models for training and inference, and working with 2D and 3D image and video for tracking and reconstruction.

What We're Looking For
  • An ongoing MS or Ph.D. student in Visual Computing, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, 3D Vision, or a related field, or relevant industry or research experience with deep learning and computer vision.
  • Extensive experience with Python, familiarity with linear algebra, and numerical optimization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Monocular 3D Facial Tracking.
  • Generative models for face reconstruction.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning and modern 2D and 3D Vision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS (with experience) or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, 3D Vision, or a related field.
  • Experience developing tools or solutions at scale for multi-modal or audio-driven visual systems in AR/VR or VFX.
  • Experience with C++ or CUDA.
  • Familiarity with Transformer, CNN, and GAN architectures.
  • Published work in top-tier CV and Graphics conferences e.g., ICCV, CVPR, SIGGRAPH.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
