Role Overview

At McCarthy Stone, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our homeowners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors to the Estate office and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
  • Producing accurate and professional correspondence, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Coordinating lunch bookings and ensuring seamless communication with the Catering Manager.
  • Arranging Domestic Assistance Rota in conjunction with the Registered Estates Manager.
  • Coordinating and distributing our monthly newsletter, updating the bulletin board accordingly.
  • Organizing bookings of the Guest Suite and ensuring it is prepared for the next guests.
  • Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

We are looking for a caring, friendly, and patient individual who can work effectively in a busy office environment. If you have previous experience in an administrative role or customer service, that's a bonus, but we're happy to provide full training and support.
