Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 1 pupils in a vibrant learning environment.

About the Role

  • Support teaching and learning alongside a team of educators to help children reach their potential.
  • Work closely with the teacher to create a stimulating and safe classroom environment.
  • Assist with the assessment of students' progress and help them meet their learning goals.
  • Contribute to vibrant classroom displays and learning resources.
  • Support children during lunchtime and accompany groups on school trips.

Requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
  • Experience working with children to support and accelerate their learning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect positively with children and adults alike.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • A deep commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and the overall well-being of the children.
