Executive Chef

We're seeking a talented and ambitious Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK, a leading food service company in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

• Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that delight our clients and customers
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with our culinary team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain efficient kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience in a similar Chef role
• Food Hygiene certificate
• Flexible approach to working
