About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to join our GB Retail Facility team at WTW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting updates to facility products and ensuring compatibility with facility wordings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Facilities Product Development Manager in reviewing and updating facility products to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with the 360GBR wordings team to develop endorsements and cover requirements that align with facility products.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct regular reviews of facility products and ensure they continue to offer broad coverage.
  • Analyze competitor products as part of the facility product review process to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging issues and market developments that may impact insurance products and adjust facility products accordingly.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure facility products reflect changes in regulation and market trends.
  • Support the creation and issuance of product literature and communication materials in collaboration with the Product Development Manager.
  • Develop product training presentations for internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams regarding technical queries related to facility products.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business growth and retention through product development.
  • Contribute to new facility proposition tender exercises when required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
