Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our process equipment.

The successful candidate will have experience with production equipment, excellent diagnostic skills, and strong electrical maintenance expertise. They will be computer literate, able to work safely, and perform preventative maintenance tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain a high standard of maintenance to attain factory performance goals.
  • Electrical setup and production support.
  • Fault finding and repair of breakdowns.
  • Performance of Preventive Maintenance.
  • Fabrication and installation of Plant and Machinery under supervision.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a diverse factory environment, good diagnostic skills, and electrical maintenance experience. They will be computer literate and able to work safely.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,500 per annum, increasing to £47,000. The company offers an annual tool allowance of £250, overtime pay, onsite free parking, childcare vouchers, and a very generous company pension.

Holiday Entitlement:

The shift pattern is 1758 hours per annum, consisting of 143 rostered 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour training session. The employee will receive at least two weeks' notice if a change to the published roster is required. Holiday entitlement is built into time off shift so the employee cannot book days off.
