Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Albert Bartlett. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our operations managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Liaise with customers, haulage and courier contractors to maintain good relationships and resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including order processing and paperwork.
  • Assist operations and assistant operations managers with administrative tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and handle problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
