Pembroke Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Workshop Management Specialist to join our client's aftersales department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work to technicians to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Manage workshop resources to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and personnel
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of the retail motor industry, with previous management experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential, as well as the ability to take initiative and ownership of issues. A proactive can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task and switch between tasks will also be beneficial.


Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
