About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled EU Social & Influence Manager to join our team in managing our social media and omnichannel content strategy across Europe. This role involves developing high-impact campaigns and initiatives that drive brand and business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated social media plans, including campaign development and deployment.
  • Build robust frameworks, playbooks, and processes to enable local teams across Europe to maximize brand and business results.
  • Manage online and social media communities in cooperation with local teams, agency partners, and priority platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube).
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to build understanding and adoption of social best-practice and provide strategic counsel on key opportunities.
  • Adept a clear methodology to measure performance and ROI of all social campaigns to enable clarity on efficiency and effectiveness of activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years experience at a Global agency and/or in-house, with a background in technology, FMCG, or lifestyle, and working for global brands in B2C or B2B2C.
  • Proven track record in social media and content marketing for more than 2 brands.
  • Valid work permit required. HONOR does not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Strategic expertise: Deep understanding of social innovation and content strategies, with proven experience of developing and deploying pan-market activations across multiple platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across an organization.
  • A sense of ownership and strong business mindset, focused on driving impact and commercial results.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to tackle challenging situations with grace.
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages a plus.Compensation:
    • Salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
