Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gas Service and Repair Engineer to work on a subcontract basis for our Social Housing Gas Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for upgrading condensate pipes, performing gas services and repairs, and running pipe work. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of repair experience, asbestos awareness, and hold a valid Gas Safe Registration. Immediate start availability is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities:

Upgrading condensate pipes
Gas services and repairs
Running pipe work
Changing flues, seals, and related components
Carrying out necessary reservices

Requirements:

5+ years of repair experience
Asbestos awareness
Gas Qualified (ACS HTR1 + CKR1)
Own a van and essential tools (including drills)
Hold a valid Gas Safe Registration
Possess a clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record
