Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team on a contract basis. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties, responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience as an Electrician, specifically in social housing or domestic maintenance. A full UK Driving Licence is also essential for this position.
