TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants based in the Weybridge area.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Manager to work in a general practice capacity within the accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing accounts, and providing expert advice on complex financial matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, including reviewing accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing tax advice.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- ACA/ACCA qualification, with at least 4 years of post-qualified experience.
- Proven experience in a mid-tier firm, with a strong track record of managing complex financial matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience and background.
