**The Ideal Candidate:**
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Transport and Compliance Manager to join our team at Streatham and Clapham High School GDST. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as strong ICT skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and database systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the smooth running of transport services.
- Manage and coordinate H&S regulations, requirements, and processes.
- Line manage the Minibus Driver team and oversee the school's transport services.
**Requirements:**
- A D1 driving licence and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong ICT skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and database systems.
**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
