About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe and performance-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible.
