Construction Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Strategist to play a key role in shaping the success of our pre-construction process. Based in Crawley, with hybrid working and regular site visits, you will be responsible for creating and presenting tailored delivery strategies for each new development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Construction Director and project team to ensure project plans are up-to-date and deliverables are met. This includes identifying mitigation strategies when required and preparing essential pre-construction documentation for land bids, tenders, and upcoming developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present delivery strategies for new developments during pre-construction.
• Maintain project plans, updating deliverables and identifying mitigation strategies where needed.
• Compile pre-construction information for land bids and tenders.
• Assess site conditions, constraints, and design data to determine optimal build sequences, layouts, and logistics.

Salary and Benefits

This is a competitive salary position that offers a range of benefits, including 24 days annual leave, birthday off, pension contributions, EV car salary sacrifice scheme, and Perkbox membership. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
