Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Parkland Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Rutland Water. As a key member of our estate management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the park's facilities and landscapes.


The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have experience in land management and water-based practical qualifications (desirable).


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and manage country parks and facilities, ensuring they remain safe and enjoyable for visitors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with the Estate manager to ensure visitor safety and maintain high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement conservation plans, protecting and enhancing the natural environment.
