About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with challenging behaviors and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team of support workers to provide a safe and supportive environment for service users.
  • Support service users in maximizing their choices, rights, and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with challenging behaviors and learning difficulties.
  • Dedication and commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Experience working in a care environment is desirable, but not essential.
