Part Time Nanny Position in Oxford

Happy Nest Nanny Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to join a warm and professional family in Oxford. The family has a 14-month-old little boy, and they are looking for a nanny who can become a valued member of their household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for the child, ensuring his safety and wellbeing.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities that promote his development and learning.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and tidying up after mealtime.
- Maintain a consistent routine and assist with nap times if needed.
- Encourage language development, especially through Spanish immersion.
- Support light household tasks related to the child's care (e.g., tidying play areas).
- Be comfortable working alongside the family dog, as they are an important part of the household.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience working with toddlers, with a strong understanding of their developmental needs.
- A warm, caring, and responsible nature, with a desire to integrate into the family.
- Fluent Spanish speaker, able to communicate effectively with both the child and family.
- Enthusiasm for working in a household with pets (must love dogs).
- Flexibility and a willingness to potentially add additional morning hours if required.
