Happy Nest Nanny Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to join a warm and professional family in Oxford. The family has a 14-month-old little boy, and they are looking for a nanny who can become a valued member of their household.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for the child, ensuring his safety and wellbeing.
  • Engage the child in age-appropriate activities that promote his development and learning.
  • Help with meal preparation, feeding, and tidying up after mealtime.
  • Maintain a consistent routine and assist with nap times if needed.
  • Encourage language development, especially through Spanish immersion.
  • Support light household tasks related to the child's care (e.g., tidying play areas).
  • Be comfortable working alongside the family dog, as they are an important part of the household.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with toddlers, with a strong understanding of their developmental needs.
  • A warm, caring, and responsible nature, with a desire to integrate into the family.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker, able to communicate effectively with both the child and family.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a household with pets (must love dogs).
  • Flexibility and a willingness to potentially add additional morning hours if required.

  • Paediatric First Aid
