Sales Performance Lead

As a Sales Performance Lead with Vistry Group, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and success in our Macclesfield office. With a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, you will be responsible for maintaining sales processes and customer journeys, managing sales teams to achieve targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
Job Description- Maintain sales processes and customer journeys to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Buiding relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a residential development or property industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive results and improve processes
