Job Description

Meallmore is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our team at Hilton Court, a purpose-built care home in Rosyth, Scotland. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, recovery-focused nursing care to clients aged 18-65 with enduring mental health issues.

We offer a mentorship programme and ongoing training to support your career development, whether you aspire to a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Registered Home Manager role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership to ensure exceptional care and clinical practice
  • Overseeing all aspects of the shift
  • Conducting continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
  • Mentoring team members and role-modelling best practice

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks

Salary: £20.37 per hour + overtime rates + benefits

Hours: 48 hours per month, nights
