Job Title: Custom Furniture Maker

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a skilled Joiner. Located in the picturesque town of Castle Cary, Somerset, we are seeking an experienced craftsman to work with us on bespoke projects and restoration works.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with a variety of workshop tools, including Spindle Moulders, Band saws and hand tools. You should be able to take initial drawings through to finished products, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have their own transport due to the location. In return, you will be part of a passionate team working in a modern workshop, involved in some truly important restoration projects. Our full future order book ensures a steady flow of interesting and varied work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on bespoke furniture and restoration projects from initial drawings to finished product
• Utilize a range of workshop tools, including Spindle Moulders, Band saws and hand tools
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality products

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Joiner or Woodworking Specialist
• Ability to take drawings through to finished products
• Familiarity with a wide range of workshop tools
• Own transport due to the location
