About the Role
As a Construction Associate at Capital Law Ltd, you will be a key player in our highly skilled Construction team. We advise on complex development agreements, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, contract interpretation, compensation event claims, and dispute avoidance. Your support will be crucial in working on large, complex transactions, managing client relationships, supporting negotiations, and providing strategic advice.

What We're Looking For
A qualified solicitor with a strong background in construction law (2+ years PQE) is essential. Experience in non-contentious construction advice, drafting, and advising on standard forms of contract is also required. Business development skills and a willingness to attend networking events are necessary. Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a collaborative approach are also desired.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary (£65,000 - £90,000 per annum), depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
