You will be proactive in managing tasks, confident in collaborating with others and communicating with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners. You will identify opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Advise on tax treatment of share options and employee share ownership">
  • Knowledge of EMI, ESS, reward tax, employment, NIC, and capital gains tax">
  • Expertise on split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements">
  • Prepare share valuations and liaise with HMRC">
  • Staff management and mentoring experience">
  • Awareness of accounting, employment law, and company law implications of share incentives">
  • Deal directly with clients, agreeing fees">
  • Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), CTA, ATT/ACA, or equivalent">

Salary Range

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on location and experience
